- Sealed bids in triplicate for exterior site work, facade improvements and accessibility conversions/alterations at property known as Herbert Garster Homes in Farrell, PA will be received at Mercer County Housing Authority until 2:00 PM local time, February 12, 2010, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud.
Questions will be accepted until February 3, 2010 at 2:00 p.m.

- PHADA Scholarship Program
The following scholarships are available through PHADA Scholarship Program: 26th Annual Stephen J. Bollinger Memorial Scholarship for $7,000, Freedom & Civil Rights Scholarship for $5,000 and the HD Supply Scholarship for 5,000.
- Scholarships are for high school seniors living in public or assisted housing at a PHADA member agency. Applications are due to PHADA by February 12, 2010. Students must have at least a "B" average.
