MCDOWELL MANOR RENOVATIONS
MCHA will receive sealed bids for construction and renovations for the McDowell Manor housing development and community center. Work includes three building additions, storage shed, and interior alterations for accessibility compliance. The community building interior work includes two restrooms, kitchen, door entrance, and laundry area. Site-work and landscaping will be included in the work scope. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for February 2, 2012 at 10:00 A.M at the Mercer County Housing Authority Office 80 Jefferson Avenue Sharon, Pa. 16146.
