Public Housing (includes Patterson/Landay and Lavigne Manor) applications are taken at the MCHA main office. We take applications Monday 8:30am - 3:30pm, and Tuesday from 10:00am - 3:30pm. You must bring birth certificates and SS cards for everyone in household, as well as proof of income.
