Community Homebuyers, Inc. (CHI) is a non profit organization specializing in sales of affordable homes. CHI is a certified Community Housing Development Organization, a Community Development Corporation, and a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit housing provider that has been established since 1992. CHI is dedicated to assisting in the provision of affordable housing to the residents of our community and is committed to assisting the residents of this community in attaining the American dream of home ownership.
